How do I know my pool needs resurfacing?
Rough or chalky plaster, stains that brushing will not lift, and thin spots showing gunite are the usual signs. If the surface snags a swimsuit or scrapes feet, it is past due. An on-site look settles it in minutes.
Can you upgrade equipment during a remodel?
Yes, and it is the best time to do it. A variable-speed pump, a right-sized filter, or a new heater goes in while the pool is already down, so you are not paying for a second mobilization later.
Who takes care of the pool after the remodel?
